The note I share across other pages on this site speaks to my path and what continues to open through it. This one is a little different — because this particular offering carries a meaning for me that I want to be transparent about.
I have been drawn to working with leaders at this level since my twenties, when executive coaching was just beginning to take shape as a field. What drew me then is the same thing that draws me now: the ripple.
When the quality of thinking available to a leader genuinely shifts — when they begin to operate from a clearer, more grounded place — it moves through everything they touch. Through their team. Through their organization. Into the daily experience of every person who works there, and from there into their families and communities. Into the products and solutions that reach the wider world, in ways both visible and unseen.
